Volunteers are required to submit the following forms prior to participating as a volunteer.  Once completed please send the forms and other requested documents related to the forms to kboscia@stmarylittleton.com
  1. Archdiocese of Denver Volunteer Worker Hold Harmless Agreement – Mandatory
  2. Fair Credit Reporting Act Disclosure – Mandatory
  3. Volunteer Driver Information Form – Only needed if driving for a field trip.
The Archdiocese also requires that before working with children, all volunteers take a Safe Environment training class.  These classes are also offered throughout the diocese several times a year.  For more information, please visit the Archdiocese of Denver website at archden.org.  Under “Offices”, click on “Child and Youth Protection”.  The locations and times of these free classes will be listed.
