Before And After Care

St. Mary Catholic Virtue School offers convenient before and after school programs for the children of working parents. These programs provide a safe, nurturing environment where students can engage in structured activities, homework help, and faith-based learning, all while extending the school community’s support for families.

St. Mary Catholic Virtue School Extended Education Day (SMEED)

SMEED is our before and after school care for students of working parents.

Hours for the SMEED program are 7:00-7:45 A.M. and 3:00-6:00 P.M.

SMEED will be available for most half days and whole days off this year.
We ask that you let us know a week in advance so that we have a clear idea of how many children to expect.
Please have your child bring lunch and we will provide snacks.

SMEED is available approximately 80 hours a month.

COST

  • Yearly registration fee of $25.00/child or $40.00/family.
    Fee must be paid by the time your child/children register for SMEED. This will be used to offset the cost of snacks, special educators, games, supplies, etc.

  • $11 per hour for each student.

  • Late fee of $5.00, and an additional $5.00 for every 10 minutes you are late, on top of the hourly rate.

  • Option to purchase prepaid monthly packages for each child.
    Prepaying will save on your hourly rate.
